 HZ-20型混凝土鉆孔取芯機(jī)/取芯機(jī)廠家/鉆孔機(jī)價(jià)格/取芯機(jī)價(jià)格/鉆孔機(jī)廠家主要有兩個(gè)用途,一是水平面鉆孔用,適用于道釘安裝, 路樁安 裝,橋梁鉆孔,集成房屋樁基鉆孔等,已廣泛應(yīng)用于交通工程公司,中鐵集團(tuán),集成房屋公司等單位;二是取芯用,適用于路面取芯做試驗(yàn)用,已廣泛應(yīng)用于各地檢測(cè)中心。鉆機(jī)采用本田汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力,具有外觀美觀、結(jié)實(shí)耐用、啟動(dòng)方便、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠、操縱簡便，配備市場(chǎng)上人造金剛石簿壁鉆頭，適合鉆取混凝土，水泥，瀝青路面，巖石等多種物質(zhì)，并可配置電打火裝置。zui大鉆孔取芯直徑：∮200mm zui大鉆孔取芯深度： 550mm 650mm 700mm 功率： 5.5馬 8.5馬力 9馬力 10馬力 12馬力 13馬力 操作規(guī)程 　　1）為保證安全正常工作，使用前先閱讀使用說明書，熟悉鉆機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和使用方法。 　　2）鉆機(jī)行走到需要工作的位置后，將行走輪向后擺動(dòng)180度，并操縱手柄使行走輪與方向輪離開地面，調(diào)整四只調(diào)節(jié)螺栓，使底座穩(wěn)妥地置于工作位置上，此時(shí)底座平面離地。 　　3）把鉆機(jī)立柱與升降絲桿擦干凈，調(diào)整好主軸位置。 　　4）將水泵接上水源，并向加水桶加水，以保證給水泵能正常給水工作。 　　5）安裝上鉆頭。 　　6）按汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)使用說明書要求，檢查調(diào)整發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各個(gè)部位，處于正常狀態(tài)，可以啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。開始鉆孔取芯。 使用注意事項(xiàng) 　　1、 鉆機(jī)鉆孔時(shí)，應(yīng)手感阻力不大，切削平穩(wěn)，鉆時(shí)進(jìn)給速 度為 4-5m/min 左右當(dāng)鉆孔接近完畢時(shí)， 由于切削力的改 變，鉆孔有些震動(dòng)，此時(shí)要適當(dāng)降低進(jìn)給速度，當(dāng)切削 完畢時(shí)，應(yīng)立即快速提升鉆頭直至刃口脫離工作，并關(guān)閉鉆機(jī)和切斷水源。 　　2、 整個(gè)鉆進(jìn)過程必須保持充分水冷卻 　　3、 鉆孔中和鉆孔結(jié)束快速提升鉆頭時(shí)，不得停車，而應(yīng)待 鉆頭剛剛脫離工作時(shí)，停止主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，再將鉆頭提升。 　　4、 鉆進(jìn)中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)鉆頭卡住，應(yīng)迅速將鉆頭提升一段，然 后再慢慢鉆入，切忌硬性鉆進(jìn)而打壞鉆頭。 5、 如鉆進(jìn)過程中，電機(jī)溫度超過 70℃，應(yīng)暫時(shí)停機(jī)，待冷 卻后再使用。 　　6、 撥動(dòng)開關(guān)鈕，正向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)操作手柄，使鉆頭慢慢接觸混凝土表面，待鉆頭刀部入槽后，方可加壓進(jìn)鉆。 7、 如在鉆進(jìn)過程中，出現(xiàn)鉆頭不能鉆進(jìn)，鉆頭表面金剛石 部分沒有全部露出，需用強(qiáng)磨耗材料（如耐火磚，砂輪 等）開刃，時(shí)鉆頭表面曾金剛石*露出，此時(shí)用手模表面層，由毛糙感，方可進(jìn)鉆。
